Hiya! I’m looking to find a replacement for a place in my current tenancy, due to a change in plans for the upcoming year. It’s a really great 4 bedroom house at the bottom of Coombe Road, with two bathrooms, a washer and drier, and an open plan kitchen/living room space. Rent is £589 pppm. The other tenants are 3 boys (two in 3rd year and one has just finished his degree)- they’re really sociable and great to live with (this would be my 4th year living with them) so you definitely won’t have any issues. They’re tidy and very easy going. Council tax band A.
