Hi, we are looking for a tenancy transfer for one room located near Coombe Road, Brighton.
We are an LGBTQ+ friendly house of three uni students, one girl and two boys. We're super fun and friendly and enjoy going out, but also value our own space and are often busy working.

The room is upstairs and comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, desk and wardrobe. There is one bathroom and a shared kitchen/living room with a TV and full appliances.

It is a great location with bus transport to Brighton or Sussex uni, and only a few minutes walk to Lewes Road Aldi.

Rent plus bills is £719.68 per month. There is also a damage deposit of £700. We are looking for someone to fill this room immediately. Please message me if you are interested or have any questions :)
