We are looking for 2 housemates for the 2026-2027 academic year. The house has a spacious shared living area, with a dining table included. The kitchen has both a washing machine and dryer. There is a large garden, perfect for the warmer months, and a gated patio outside the front of the property. The double bed room is located upstairs at the front of the house; it is large, with plenty of storage and has tons of natural light. The single bed room is located upstairs at the back of the house, plenty of storage again. All rooms come with a desk and pin board. The toilet is in a separate room to the bathroom. There is also free parking located outside the front of the property (free permits are needed for game days at the AMEX stadium). There is no security deposit, however when the contract is signed, new housemates will have to pay August rent of £585 and then will not have to pay anything until the 1st of September when rent will be paid monthly. Bills are not included but we sort our bills through OVO top up where we all add money respectively for electricity and gas.
