I am part of a group of 3 guys going into final year of undergrad at the Uni of Sussex and we are urgently looking for one more male student to join us for the 26/27 academic year in a 4 bed house 2 bathroom house (1 full bathroom and 1 WC). The house is on The Crescent and commute time to Sussex campus is about 15 minutes by bus. The property is also within walking distance of Moulsecoomb train station and Lewes Road shops. Comes with a garden (gardener included in rent), dish washer, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

Rent is £139 pppw before bills, this would be £164 pppw once bills are factored in. Move in date is 5th September. Please message me if you are interested in joining us.
