Looking for a housemate.

Hey guys me and my friends have a found a really nice house on baden road, near both Sussex and Brighton uni. There is currently 6 of us however we are looking for one more to switch with someone.

The rent per month is £806 with bills included 💵.

The start date is the 5th of August 🍁.

The house contains a large living area and back garden with 6 different bedrooms and a nice sized kitchen.

We are a really easy going set of guys and we get along with everyone, so anyone is welcome.
