Hello! I am looking for a sublet for my room in my student house. The room is available from May but the exact date can be negotiated. The tenancy ends in August so it would suit someone for a short-term let.

It has a double bed and the room comes fully furnished. I am happy to leave anything you might need for your stay (including the fairly lights). You get a nice hilly view from my window as well.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Sainsburys or Aldi and a 2 minute walk from Lewes Road Bus Garage so getting around town is easy.

My housemates are lovely people and I am sure you will get along with them. :)

Bills are not included but usually they are no more than £50 a month, might be even cheaper in the warm season.
