There are two available rooms in a three-bedroom, two-storey flat, with two bathrooms and a living room, 5 mins of walking distance to Finsbury Park station ( Victoria and Piccadilly line ).

Hi, my name is Anna (21 years old), an undergrad interior and spatial design student at the University of Arts London.
I am a reserved individual and mainly focus on my studies in the day-to-day life. I am an art and art history enthusiast, frequently go out to explore the city and its unlimited
cultural centres:) I love to bop around the city, find new places to try, grab some coffee, check out charity shops.
Who I am looking for:
Students or young professionals ( people in their 20s ) to create a positive atmosphere in our home, possibly a great connection:) Similarly reserved, who enjoy socialising but also understand the importance of our own space.
Cleaning is pretty important to me - we have been using a rota to keep track of everything in order to maintain an overall level of tidyness in the flat.
I am either looking for students and or professionals to sign the lease with for the next year 31st of May 2024 - 31st of May 2025.
The landlord asks for 6 months' of rent upfront ( paying rent twice all year round, in the beginning of the tenancy and in the end of November ) as there is at least one student signing the lease.
