The building is designed by Amin Taha (Groupwork) and the location is great for transport / and a lot to do around, right next to Exmouth Market.

You’ll be sharing the flat with my friend, he’s a lovely guy, now working as a professional in an architecture office. He loves to cook and play tennis.

It’s a room + wc and a large shared living space. The rent is £1400 at the moment. The move in is on the 15th of July but am flexible with the move-in date if you’re unsure. We're renting it through a letting agency, so they will handle all the paperwork regarding the tenancy transfer. They might need referencing and affordability check.

I’m leaving the flat as I will be moving alone so my parents can visit me more often, otherwise I would've loved to stay, the location is amazing.
