Hello,

I'm moving into a new apartment with my girlfriend and am looking for someone to takeover my lease.

The apartment is situated in South Bank / Lower Marsh and is well connected, with two tub stations (Waterloo and Lambeth North) within 2mins walk. The area is lively and within walking distance to fresh food market, which is on every Thursday and Saturday.

My current flatmate, who will stay on the lease, is a conscious and career oriented guy, and works full time as an auditor at Deloitte. He is social but lives a pretty quiet / low key lifestyle.

I'm open to short term and long term lettings.
