URGENT REPLACEMENT NEEDED
Looking for a replacement to take over my room at Paul Robeson House, a secure SOAS-affiliated student residence in King’s Cross.
THE DEAL
Rent £190/week effective, all bills included (electricity, gas, water, broadband). Sanctuary’s official rate is £237.82/week. You only pay £190/week, no deposit, no agency fees.
AVAILABILITY
Available immediately until 13 September 2026 (around 11 weeks). Flexible on minimum stay.
THE ROOM
Furnished single with private ensuite bathroom, study desk, wardrobe, storage. Happy to do a live video tour of my actual room.
THE FLAT
5-person postgrad flatshare (4 women including me, 1 man). Modern shared kitchen with 2 ovens, 1 microwave, 8 stovetops, large fridge plus secondary fridge. Everyone is friendly but independent. Quiet, respectful, no drama.
THE BUILDING
Paul Robeson House is a purpose-built postgrad-only residence run by Sanctuary Students. 24-hour concierge, secure gated entry, on-site laundry, weekly cleaning of communal areas, lift access, no curfew.
LOCATION
6 min walk to King’s Cross St Pancras, 8 min to Angel. Tesco Express 3 min, Sainsbury’s 10 min. Central to SOAS, UCL, LSE, KCL, ICL, and most central London universities.
ABOUT ME
Postgrad student finishing up at SOAS, moving out for research reasons. I keep to myself but flatmates are friendly. Room and ensuite well looked after.
