It was was really great. Not only was the location absolutely perfect, bang between university and the centre of town, Howard the landlord was always around to help us out. Friendly and approachable, he would solve our queries with a brush of the hand and be round that week to fix it. All amenities, TV, kitchen set up, TV licence was taken care of, and all in all a much better experience than with any kind of agency. Jack August 2020
