Looking for a great place to stay during your studies? Look no further than my classical en-suite room in Somerset Court, available for sublet from June 1st, 2024 until September 16th, 2024. The room has a great layout and is located on the third floor.
The apartment complex is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Euston train and tube station, as well as KingsCross train station, making it easy to get around the city. The KCL tube is only 24 minutes away, LSE tube is 15 minutes away or a 30-minute walk, Central Saint Martins is a 15-minute walk or 15-minute tube ride, and UAL Holborn campus is a 20-minute tube ride or 30-minute walk. There are also nearby bus stops, and supermarkets like Sainsbury's and M&S .
The area around the apartment complex is peaceful and beautiful, making it the perfect place to live. The apartment offers free, fast Wi-Fi and has excellent facilities and services. Each flat has five residents and one shared kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, table, fridge, and storage cabinets, as well as a sofa and coffee table. On the ground floor, there's a pool table, other entertainment facilities, and vending machines.
The room itself is beautifully furnished, with a spacious small double bed and a large desk for studying. The room has great natural light, with beautiful views of London from the third floor. The rent for the room is £300 per week, and this includes the cost of bills. Please note that as this is a student-only let, council tax isn't a payable cost.
