Since my study course in the UK is nearly complete, I've decided to return home early and am therefore offering my beloved apartment at a discounted rate. This is a student apartment, only available for students (accommodates 2 people).

Due to the apartment's policy, the sublease contract must last at least two months, so tenants can only sign a contract from July 1 to September 1. The actual move-in date can be chosen freely, for example, signing a contract from July 1 to September 1 but staying from July 5 to August 20. At £350 per week, for a duration of 8.5 weeks, the total rent payable would be £2975, which is to be paid directly to the apartment management, not to me. I will cover the difference between the discounted price and the original price myself.

This is already a highly discounted rate, as the original price I paid last year was £442 per week, and this year the price for this room has increased to over £450. Therefore, no further discounts can be offered.

🚇Transportation: The transportation is very convenient. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the nearest bus station; 5 minutes to Kings Cross subway station/train station; 24 minutes to walk to the British Museum; 20 minutes to ChinaTown/OxfordStreet; 20 minutes to Oxford Street subway;

If you are a UCL student, it only takes 15-20 minutes to walk to school.

🛒Shopping: Shopping is very convenient. There is a Co-op supermarket within 3 minutes’ walk, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Tiantian supermarket, McDonald’s, KFC, Honest Burgers, Five Guys, Starbucks, etc. within 5 minutes’ walk. There are large waitrose, boots, etc. within 10 minutes’ walk.
