The location is excellent with it being a 5-10 min walk to kings cross st Pancras station and a number of bus services being less than a minutes walk away. There are local amenities such as library, gym, swimming pool, shops restaurants and bars all within walking distance.
It is a short walk away from the new granary square and central st martins university.
