Double room available in a 2-bedroom flat in the heart of trendy and fashionable Clerkenwell.

The place is both quiet and central (walking distance from Old Street, Kings cross, Covent Garden and the City) The closest tube are Angel and Farringdon (~10-15 mins). With Exmouth market nearby, there are a lot of really nice restaurants, coffee shops and independent places to discover.

The flat is in good conditions. I bought it and refurbished it just 2 year ago. As I am moving out, I am looking to rent one room.

I am looking for someone who is chilled out, responsible and clean. It's not really a party flat but all good to have friends over for dinner etc.

The room will be available from the 3rd week of July. It comes furnished and has secondary glazing. There is a cleaner coming twice per month. Council tax, cleaner and water bills are included in the rent, you would take care of gas and electricity.
