Looking for a personally responsible professional, someone who is reliable, respectable, relaxed, fun and balanced.

The house has the shared space capacity for 4 adults to live together comfortably. However, I have limited it to 3 individuals. Two medical professionals are staying in the accommodation and one double room is available for a preferably professional female. No guests or visitors are allowed.
Unfortunately, no couples or unexpected guests are allowed.
