A large garden area with garden furniture. Room has two chests of drawers for storage and also a rack for hanging shirts, clothes etc.

Fully equipped kitchen - I enjoy cooking so use it regularly but happy to cooperate with timings etc after work etc.

Fast broadband, suitable if you are a gamer. Sports streaming available. All bills included.

I work Mon-Fri and I am often not back until the evening as I like to visit the gym afterwards. At weekends, I am often sociable and may occasionally have friends over.

Ideally, I would like someone Mon-Fri who returns home for the weekend; however, I recently had a full-time lodger for a year and there were no issues, so I would consider any interest if we were suitable for each other.
