I’m considering renting out a room in my 3 Bedroom house. House is located on a quiet street a few minutes walk from Inverness University and Raigmore Hospital.

Room is currently unfurnished but I’m more than happy to furnish. The room itself is a single room, however there is room for a small double bed, a chair and table or drawers. With the room there is also access to fitted wardrobe in the third bedroom that’s currently being used as an office.

I do have pets, a dog and a house cat, so preference would be someone who likes and is comfortable with animals.

The property has one main bathroom and a small downstairs WC and kitchen is also shared.
