2 double bedrooms and 1 small double to rent in a property in Kingswood. I am a student nurse with a dog and am looking to fill the other 3 rooms, either until June/July, or on a longer term basis. Pets welcome.

It's a beautiful Victorian terrace property close to the shops on 2 Mile Hill Road. There are plenty of local amenities. The property has a Garden and back access for bikes etc.

Kingswood is a quieter area of Bristol, but within easy reach of the centre of the city and fishponds etc. I am a student and so do go into town regularly but like being slightly out of the way. It’s 2 miles to uwe glenside and an easy route on the bus or a bike. Parking is easy and there is plenty on the street. Professionals or students welcome

I’m a busy lady but am pretty quiet at home, relatively tidy but very chatty, always like a good atmosphere and social people are a must! If you like going out then this house is the one for you (can share cab fares)
