Hi there, I have 1 large double bedroom available in a 4 bed house with two females. We’re looking for a housemate to take the final room. The house is brand new, with new expensive thick carpets including marble tops in all bathrooms and kitchen. The room is furnished with brand new king size bed. House is 10 minutes walk to Fishponds Road, hospital and university, library, Morrisons, Iceland, Sainsbury and nice coffee shops and eateries. The house has a spacious garden, and a very large living room with separate kitchen area.
