Light, spacious double room, currently furnished with double bed (with very comfy mattress!), desk, bedside tables and hanging rail. The other furniture could be moved if you have your own, but the bed would need to stay.

The room overlooks the garden and the house is located just behind Frenchay Common, a large green space which is very pretty, less than 10 mins walk to the Frome Valley walkway, also a 10 min walk to the M1/M3/M4 bus stop which takes you to Cabot in less than 10 minutes. It's a 25 min walk through Oldbury Court Estate to Fishponds, and a short cycle to both Easton and St Werburghs.

There is a spacious living room, a dining room, smallish kitchen and a modern bathroom. I've been slowly decorating the house since buying it two years ago, so parts of the house still need updating, but on the whole it's a lovely space and a very decent size.

The house is an ex-council property on a quiet close with friendly neighbours. We're right at the edge of the estate and behind us is another large green space that leads up to the Common. All bills including council tax included.

I'm the live in landlord, working part time alongside completing a doctorate. Ideally looking for someone who wants a home, who I get on with, can have a chat and a laugh with but where we can also respect each other's space. I also have a very chilled and fluffy cat so those allergic may struggle!
