I'm Joe, I'm a single man in my 30s looking for a lodger for my spare room. It's quite a small room (see pictures) so best suited to Mon-Fri lets but happy to consier 7 days a week too. Looking for somebody clean, tidy, considerate and LGBTQ+ friendly.
I work from home (part time, I'm also a masters student), so preferably looking for someone who doesn't also wfh due to space. I'm friendly, open-minded, fairly quiet. It would be nice to get to know each other a bit/have dinner or a drink occasionally but equally happy to do our own thing. The photos show some books and stuff in the room but this will be cleared out. Some pictures of the rest of the flat to follow, unfortunately there is no bike storage.
