We are looking for a housemate to move in ✨

Two of us, Mark (31) and Sithmi (24) live in a lovely semi-detached house in Filton and would like a new flatmate for our spacious double room. This is definitely a great room because it has the easiest access to kitchen, living, gardens, garage and outside toilet and also being the largest room in the house!

Communal areas include living room, kitchen, upstairs and outdoor bathrooms, outdoor parking, outdoor garage and 4 gardens 🌱🌱🌱!
We sometimes eat together and enjoy going out into the countryside, good art, board games and food. Also we like to have personal relaxing times most of the days as all being busy.

Rent: 537.50/ month.
Bills: Water - £20/month, Internet - £8/month, Elec + gas - approx. £60/month (will go down in summer).

Prefer students only as council tax will be higher for having a single professional in the house.

Available from now onwards to July 31, 2024 and need someone urgently to sign the new contract.
