I have been on this 12 month contract for 7+ months, looking to find a replacement for my room for the final 3 months of the contract, starting on the 1st of June.

It's an ensuite room, fully furnished (see pictures).

You get access to the main kitchen area as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

There is a side shed for storage of a bike etc.

There are 6 rooms 5 of which are already filled, 5 men 19-25 all uni students.

It's 650 a month bills included, there are a few shops nearby and bus stops direct to the centre and to UWE.
