Hi. I'm a 45 year old female looking to rent a double room in my three double bedroom flat.
I can rent the room either Monday to Friday basis (420 p/m), or three nights a week Monday to Thursday (310 p/m)
Might suit a mature student or professional who needs somewhere to stay during the week. Good location for UWE or MOD.
The flat is opposite a lovely park and has outside communal space. An easy going place to live. I work four days a week in central Bristol, I enjoy swimming, education, dancing, art and walking.
Including bills and wifi.
