It is your responsibility to clean after yourselves and contribute to general cleaning and looking after the garden.

You will be expected to keep the premises clean and tidy and to deal with recycling. Local government are very hot on that. The bin is getting smaller and smaller each year, and collected less frequently, so you need to study/google/research this topic first to keep on top of it and not to be burried by rubbish.

Looking for friendly, respectful, clean and tidy people who will be happy to look after our home, whilst they are being our guests in it.

Strictly non smokers, no vaping, no drugs, no candles, no incents, no Chinese medicine cooking or similar.

City Centre, Cribs Causeway and many other places can be easily be reached by bus, train, taxi, etc.

Abbey Woods train station under 5 minutes walk from the house.

Bus stop 100 meters from the door step.

Please note:
No children, no pets.

Tumble dryer and possibly dishwasher may be provided should you all needed it.

Max 4 people in the house in total. So a couple would need to pay for 2 rooms, if available.

Two large comfortable sofas, washing machine, 2 fridges and 2 freezers, microwave, cutlery, crockery.

Please bring your own bedding and maybe some pots, cutlery. Lots of cupboards in the kitchen.

Free parking on the roads, but check the signs as some may be paid, one free space at the back in front of the garage, ( vehicles are left at your own risk).

Garage for storing the bikes or gym equipment, as always at your own risk.

Gas, electric, TV licence not included.

I also pay up to £27 for WiFi for the house per month, which is what it costs now. When it goes up, could be in April 2025, I can try to negotiate a better deal, but if not you may want to take that on, as you may be able to get a better deal, and reduce part of your monthly rent which was my contribution. Also if you wanted to add any further services, that will be at an extra, whatever it costs. We can talk about it when it happens.

TV licence is not included, nobody watches BBC or iPlayer currently. If they do they watch under their home licence, on their devices which have to be unplugged whilst watching.

You'll share gas and electric between 4 of you.
