Lovely room with exposed brickwork in a safe gated community (with concierge) available for *one person*, *woman preferred* in a ground-floor flatshare with two friendly professionals.
We are looking for a respectful and collaborative lady in her 30s.

The Room:
The room has got a large, double-glazed window in it, which allows a lot of natural light to enter. It comes furnished with a matching double bed, bedside table, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is medium size and features a shower with a recently changed shower mixer, that allows comfortable adjusting of temperature. It is very bright and has got a big mirror. It will be shared with another lady.

We would love a new tenant to move in on the 11th of April, but please be advised that before that you will have to pass a reference check with our agency.

Bills:
The flat is very well insulated with double-glazing therefore quite warm in the winter. We also have central heating switching few times a day to provide enough heat.
High-speed internet comes with the flat at £24 a month, Council Tax is £60 month and in total bills come to around £100 per month.

The letting agent:
Really efficient and professional. We had absolutely no problems with them for 8 years. The landlord provides fixtures in a very short time, so the property is well managed.

The flat:
3 bedrooms in total (including this one) with a large foyer and large kitchen with dining table. Located in a two-storey converted warehouse with exposed brickwork and very modern. As the flat is located just next to the river, we have access to a private jetty on the Thames river. Parking is available in the gated community - you need to apply for a permit directly with the council.

Bike storage:
There is a very safe, gated, and locked bike storage area within the gated community for your bikes or you can keep it in the flat foyer.

Travel:
There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the flat. Island Gardens and Crossharbour DLR stations are a 10-minute walk. Canary Wharf Jubilee Line is a 20-minute walk away or a few minutes on the DLR. 30 minutes total time to Bank, 45 minutes to Oxford Circus.

The location:
Great and safe neighborhood in a nice part of Isle of Dogs. Gorgeous area and surroundings, 1 minute and you are right by the Thames Canal with a view on the iconic venue The O2 and a lovely walk along the river.
