Looking for someone to start a new contract with as my current flatmate is going to university outside London after January 2026.

The room is a large double bedroom with wardrobe. The flat itself is a 2-bed with a kitchen/dining area, living room and a balcony. This apartment has a breath taking view of the the city as you can see all of London from Shard to London eye to St Paul's to the financial district.

The house gets a lot of natural sunlight and the huge terrace you can wind down after a busy day or get tanned during summers!!!

Nearby transport links include two bus stations just outside the building, DLR 4 mins away, Jubilee line and Elizabeth line, both 15 minutes away in Canary Wharf.

The building is near Canary Wharf (10-15 minute walk to Canary Wharf). It’s near a Tesco Express (3-4minutes), Lidl (10 minute) and a Pure Gym (2minutes).

Bills aren’t included in the rent but they’re around £150-200 per month. I am looking for a female in her 20's or early 30's. Looking for a person with no pets.
