We have a lovely home with four bedrooms.
There is a large kitchen dining room and lounge.
We have a large garden and bbq. There is also a bike shed and good bike paths near us into London bridge.
There is a toilet and shower downstairs and a bath and toilet upstairs.
The room to rent is a large single room upstairs with views to the other side of the Thames to the Canary Wharf skyline. There is a single bed and a pull out single mattress underneath.
The cost includes internet, taxes, water, electricity, gas etc.
My daughter is at Uni and comes home some weekends. There is another female flatmate who lives there full time, works in the city and is out with friends a lot. She has a cute little dog.

The area is peaceful with lots of parks, canals and the Thames walkway near by. The 381 is right outside and the Rotherhithe, Canada Water and Surrey Quays tube stops near by. There is also the Hotel ferry across to Canary Wharf.
The house is in a friendly cul de sac, with off street parking.
