I'm looking for a lodger who likes their own space as I do sometimes but would also like to make friends and sometimes do the social things like going to the theatre having a coffee together or just going for a walk. I work quite a lot so am usually not home until after 7pm and I also work at the weekends, so you will have time to yourselves quite a lot. This is a 3 bedroom flat so just 3 of us sharing.

Fully equipped kitchen with Pans, Plates, Cutlery, Washing machine, Dryer, Oven, Microwave, Hob and Air Fryer which we will all share, so no need to bring kitchen stuff.

New lovely and comfy double bed with bedding included.

Lovely light and airy and comfy living room, 1 Shower room with toilet plus a separate toilet, so no need to queue.

References and ability to Pay Rent will be required and checked.
