Double room for rent in stunning flat in old building in paisley. The flat has an open plan living room/kitchen, bathroom, and a 3rd room that’s got a piano in it/storage. Beautiful high ceilings, bay windows, 3rd floor (two sets of stairs). Amazing neighbours (I’ve yet to take any of my bins out). On street parking, canal street is a 5 min walk, and paisley Gilmore is a 15 min walk. Great area, never had any trouble here.

I have a 1 year old cat. Although I’m 26 I moved out at 17 so plenty of experience with flatmates/being a good flatmate. I’ve lived in paisley for 4 years now, I love this flat and the area it’s in. Perfect for walks and coffee.

The room has a double bed, a set of drawers, a wardrobe and a shelved cupboard too. (The pics are before my previous flatmate moved in, will add updated pictures)

£450 rent, not including bills.
Deposit £300.
