Highlight of the location is 14 minutes by walk to Gleniffer braes country park where are waterfalls and peaceful places improving mental health.

There is free street parking as I don't own a car.

Bus 26 stop is behind the flat and bus 51 is near by too.

Living room is taken over by Mr. Rabbit 🐰 and my sewing machines however we can find places for your things and decorations.

My personal decoration will be moved from your room so you can adjust to your personality
