Semi-detached listed building with security private access, large front garden.

We are looking for a quiet, non-smoker, tidy with common sense female tenant moving in our house. Currently our housemates are 3 professionals. All the housemates are nice and friendly.

5mins’ walking distance to Fiveways Morrison supermarket.
10mins’ walking distance to FiveWays broad st.

15mins’ walking distance to Fiveways railway station, just 1 stop can travel to Birmingham University or New street.
There are about 9 buses just 1 min’s away from our house which take you only 3mins’ to city centre.

1mins’ walking distance to two 24hr supermarkets, wine shop, Chinese takeaways, pubs, pizza, fish and chips, coffee shop, printing shop etc.

First Floor Double bedroom and ground floor double bedroom. £495 pm: wardrobe, chest of drawers, double storage bed with luxury mattress, study desk and bedside, large mirror. The room is decent double bedroom size but only one female lives in allowed. All bills inclusive (council tax, tv licence all paid). Available now, minimum 6 months contract.

Parking space: Off road parking space with 2 min’s walking distance nearby. However if you have a bicycle you can park in our back yard.
