Hi I am the current flatmate and I am looking for someone to move in this room from 1st Feb 2026.

This is a double bed room, with chair and desk. Window is towards the internal parking area and away from the main street. The apartment has lift and free parking.

The flat is in a perfect location in B1 , next to UCB. 15mins walk to Birmingham New Street, 15mins walk to Tesco Extra.

Share bathroom with a female student. I am a bank employee and I am staying in the other room . You will he sharing kitchen with us.

Wifi £10 ( £11 after April), water bill £12 prox. Electricity bill £50 prox each month. Council tax band E.

Female preferred, but males are considered as well. We want someone who is clean, and quiet after 11pm. Contact will be sent over.

Tenancy can be extended after September 2026.
