I'm a live in landlord who is seeking a friendly professional to rent a room in my home. It is a lovely terraced house in central Moseley village right next to lots of pubs and local amenities. I am a 30 year old teacher, so I am out of the house a lot in the week so if you work from home the house would be yours.

I do have a cat so you would need to be a cat lover, and it would be great if sometimes you didn't mind feeding her if I have a long day with a parents evening or something!
