Parking: Parking permits are available but parking in the surrounding areas is a nightmare.

There is a good launderette a 7 minute walk away on Albany Road which is open 7 days a week.

The other bedroom is on the same level as the communal rooms and faces the back garden which I don't have access to. It is furnished with a double bed (with room for storage underneath) and a wardrobe. There is also room for a desk, bookcase or chest of drawers.

Happy to accept house-trained dogs but not cats as I'm allergic to them.
