I’m looking for a working professional to rent a room in my house. Short term and long term are welcome.

Flexible on availability, the mid terraced house is located in Cardiff Bay, a 10 minute walk from the city centre and 2 minutes from Mermaid Quay, with good links to travel through Cardiff.

The property has been renovated in full and the room in question is completely unfurnished. You would therefore be welcome to decorate it as you please.

The house itself is modern with some Victorian features and is well looked after with an open-plan living room/kitchen and plenty of storage. It benefits from a new kitchen which has a fridge freezer, a wine fridge, a dishwasher, food disposal unit etc. The bathroom has been renovated alongside the living room. There is ample parking on the quiet public road which is directly outside the property.

The price includes bills (electric/gas, water, broadband, council tax and insurance).

I'm a 32 year old laid back professional. I work both from home and away from home. Shouldn’t matter in this day and age but I’m LGBT if that would bother you. Also have a cat.
