Me and my boyfriend have moved into my family's house and are looking for a roommate for the other room. We are both working professionals and enjoy Cozy nights in so looking for someone who will fit in with us.

The room is spacious with built in storage and a double bed is provided with a mattress and bedside table. The room also has a sink and mirror built in.

The communal spaces consist of:
- a kitchen with lots of cabinet space, all of my appliances we also be communal [airfryer, microwave, kettle, toaster]

-a large dining room ideal for hobbies and hosting! With a dining table and chairs and cabinets

- A laundry room, attached to the dining room. with washing machine, hoover and mop provided.

-A large living room with a sofa bed, arm chair, coffee table, TV

- Also a lovely little garden we are slowly doing up. And hope to add furniture to

Internet is included but Bills aren't included and we can explain the prices of all- water, gas and electric and council tax

We ideally want someone who likes animals as I often look after my parents 4 dogs🐾

Would love somone who is similar age and enjoys a homey space.
