The flat is only a minute's walk to Pontcanna and Llandaff Fields, as well as bakeries, coffee shops, a grocery store etc on Pontcanna Street. There’s a bus stop about 30 seconds away with regular routes into the centre, or it’s around a 25-minute walk to the centre of town.

The tenancy is a rolling six-month or 12-month contract, depending on what you'd prefer. But you can leave at any point if you find a replacement.
