Single Room in Friendly Pontcanna House - LGBTQ+ Friendly

Looking for a new housemate to join our relaxed, and friendly home in Pontcanna, Cardiff- 15 mins walk from Cardiff castle, 5 mins from Sophia gardens.

The room is comfortable and bright, with a bed (with a pull out drawer if you want it) with a shared bathroom (shared between 3 out of 4 tenants). The house has a shared kitchen, living room, and cellar for extra storage. We also have a small garden that’s great for bike storage. There is also a large cellar where we use as extra storage space. There’s a few fridges, freezers, washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen to help keep things tidy, and we value a clean, considerate household.

Rent is £370 per month (bills not included). Bills are around £150- 190 per month, which covers council tax, WiFi, heating, water, and shared essentials like toilet paper. The contract is a 6 month Rolling contract.

*Please note we do not accept any pets- and wont be able to make any exceptions 😊

There’s local parking nearby (on-street), though it’s not part of the property itself.

You’ll be living with three friendly, considerate housemates in an LGBTQ+ welcoming home, so we’re looking for someone who’s easygoing, sociable, and clean.

The room is mainly unfurnished. The rest of the house is furnished.
