Hello!

I'm currently looking for someone to move in to the two bed flat I currently rent in Riverside, less than ten minutes walk from the city centre.

I work full time and am typically out of the house from 3pm until 10pm, but I am very quiet when coming home.

I like the occasional night out, but am just as happy staying in and just chilling, and like my own space too. I'm clean and considerate of shared spaces, and am looking for someone who is the same!

The rent is £350 for the room, but with all bills included would come to around £500pcm - there is parking available outside, you'd just need to get a permit 😊 The room has been recently been repainted too, and a chest of drawers will be added to the room as well.

(I will also be getting a TV for the living room haha!)
