Good sized loft room available in a relaxed house shared with just me (live-in landlord) and my two dogs, Zola and Molly.

The house is around a 20-minute walk from the city centre and 10 minutes from Lidl. There are three reception rooms, a nice garden, and a decked outdoor area that's smoker-friendly and features a fire furnace for evenings outside.

With multiple living spaces, it's easy to find your own quiet corner when you need it. There's also plenty of on-street parking.

A bit about me: I work partly from home, but I'm often out with the dogs, and I'm away roughly 5 nights out of every 14. I'm sociable, enjoy cooking, occasionally host dinner parties, and the very occasional house party.
A few things worth knowing:
I'm a musician, so there will occasionally (I promise) be piano/guitar playing and singing.
The loft room is insulated but can get warm in summer and cooler in winter. A powerful fan and additional heaters are provided.
There's plenty of storage, including eaves storage and access to an additional large wardrobe if needed in my office.
Smoking is absolutely fine outdoors.
No additional pets, sorry.
Zola and Molly are very quiet and friendly, except when somebody rings the doorbell.
Full transparency: there's a possibility I may sell, rent out, or move from the property in around 18 months' time, but nothing has been decided yet and I may stay.
One final feature (or drawback, depending on your perspective): there's a Chinese takeaway next door.
