I am looking for someone to take over my student contract until the 5th June 2027. The property is Livin by Host Students on City Road. The rent is paid monthly in advance. The rent up until the end of November has already been paid. It is a 39 week contract from 5th September at £205pw. It now has 35 weeks left.

When you factor in the rent up to the end of November being paid already and 35 weeks left, the amount left to pay works out at £5359.29 which works out at just under £154pw assuming moving in on 3rd October.

If you are interested, I am willing to pay another months rent myself towards the cost which will make this studio a bargain at only £128pw if you moved in beginning of October.

If you did take on this tenancy, the contract is to pay £878.57 on the 1st of the month from November until April. On the 1st of May there is a final payment of £87.87.

All bills and contents insurance are included.
