Looking for your next home in London? We’ve got the last available room in a 6-bedroom young person house-share.

The room is the largest in the house. It’s on the second floor and overlooks the front of the house. It has big windows, a double bed, massive wardrobe, desk, mini armchair and shelves. If there is something you don’t want in the room we can always use it elsewhere.

The living room is the main shared space and connects straight to the kitchen. There are two big sofas, and an extendable dining table which can be made bigger for group dinners. The kitchen has two fridges, both with freezer space, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. There’s also a patio out the back which we’re currently redecorating ourselves.

There’s a toilet on each of the three floors, with showers on the two upper floors. The bathroom on the top floor also has a bathtub.

The house is just off Old Kent Road, with a Tesco Superstore and Lidl both around 5 minutes’ walk away.

Some of us are new to the house and we’re all making an effort to maintain the house in a nice condition so that it’s nicer to hang out downstairs in the living room. Most of us are masters students but workers are welcome. We’re aiming to make it feel a little bit less like a uni house and more of the dream guy house.
