Hello -

I have two rooms now available in my 3 bedroom flat in Vauxhall / Kennington SE11.

The flat is on the 7th and 8th floors of a council tower block on Kennington Lane and has incredible views over London from the bedroom windows.

The flat has:

- 3 bedrooms (1x double & 1x small/box rooms available)
- 1 communal living room with balcony
- 1 bath/shower room
- 1 separate toilet

I have been living here for 5 years and thoroughly enjoy living here. There is a large Tesco Superstore directly across the street making life convenient for quick shops. Vauxhall and Oval Tube Stations are easily accessible within 10 minutes on foot (quicker if you're a speedy walker!) Central London is ridiculously close, Covent Garden in 10 mins on the bike, etc etc.

I am a 30 year old eBay/vinyl record seller. I primarily work out of an office in Brixton but do also get some stuff dropped off to the house - so the living room can be a bit of a junk shop with bits of audio gear lying around from time to time! But I try to keep things clean and under control. I'm often out the house most of the time, but do enjoy a chit-chat in the kitchen and am well up for being sociable when time permits. Equally happy to live with people who prefer to keep to themselves. I'm a craft beer/real ale nerd and enjoy spending time at old fashioned pubs around the UK in my spare time.

Ideally looking for long term flatmates but open to options if you're just after something for a few months.

- Bedroom 2 - Double Room - Furnished = £850pm

Has a small built in wardrobe for extra storage. Room can get cold in winter but I've got an electric heater in there. Amazing views over London.

- Bedroom 3 - Single / Box Room - Unfurnished = £650pm

Small box room, I have a single mattress here but the room is otherwise unfurnished. Welcome to paint the walls if orange isn't your colour of choice. Also has amazing views out the window.

All bills / internet included in price - subject to change if bills skyrocket - but should be fine.

If any single occupants / a couple wanted to take both rooms and use one room as an office or similar, I would consider dropping £100 a month or so off the overall rent.

Kitchen has a washing machine but no dish washer.
