I’m an easy-going professional in my early 30’s and head into the office most days! I’m sociable and would enjoy hanging out from time to time but equally happy to do our own thing.

Ultimately, someone I’ll get on with. Happy to hear from you regardless of what you’re looking for (long-term, short-term, or even just a few nights a week), and open to adjusting the rent accordingly.

Please note that I’m in the process of doing the flat up a bit, so there are a couple of areas that cosmetically aren’t as “finished” as they could be (note the paint testers on the living room wall). This is all only cosmetic and doesn’t/wont impact the use of the flat.
