A parking space is available if you drive into London.

Very well communicated to central London with Denmark Hill Station a 5-minute walk away. Regular trains and the Overground to Victoria, Blackfriars, Clapham Junction and Whitechapel.

Regular buses to Vauxhall, Waterloo, Trafalgar Square, from a stop just up the road.

Plenty of delicious restaurants and great vibe in Camberwell just 10 minutes’ walk away, and Brixton, Peckham and Dulwich are all nearby.

Looking for a quiet professional or mature student, who is respectful, tidy and calm.

I am a university professor, and I occasionally work from home during the week.
