Room has a built in wardrobe with two rails. Flat has lots of storage with a ground floor storage unit, a loft and a storage cupboard in the bathroom & coat/ shoe racks in hallway. Flat has two balconies, spacious living room and a separate kitchen diner. Balconies get such good sunlight & very well lit flat.

10-15 min walk to camberwell or Kennington station.

The landlord is so nice, he is not letting the property for a profit, will fix things with no issues.

Move in date is flexible around May/ June. Living with two girls . Im a musician (24) and my housemate Racheal (24) works in town planning. We are looking for a flatmate who we’ll really get along with. Maybe include a little about yourself if you’re messaging?
