I’m in the process of being approved for a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Clapham North and I’m looking for a second person to take the other room (subject to referencing).

The flat:
* Fully furnished 2 bed / 2 bath apartment
* Each bedroom has its own bathroom
* Spacious room with wardrobe, drawers, desk, bed + bedside tables
* 5-minute walk to Clapham North station
* Bus stop right outside
* The room’s at the end of the flat so it’s really quiet and feels quite separate from the living area. It doesn’t have a window to the outside, but gets some light from the lounge and has good lighting.
*Great size if you work from home

Rent: £1375 (plus bills)

About me:
I’m 26, originally from Australia, and recently moved to London with my firm where I work as a lawyer. I enjoy dinners with friends, wine or a pub night, as well as coffee and walks around the neighbourhood. I’ve been renting since I was 18, so I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing.
I also have a small indoor cat, very friendly and low-maintenance.

Who I’m looking for:
Someone similar in age who’s clean, considerate, and up for occasional chats, dinners, or drink, while also respecting personal space. Ideally looking for someone who wants a friendly, homely vibe!
