Hey - I am sadly moving out of the flat on 28th June. Especially sad to be leaving Dylan and Kev who are nothing shy of legendary. I’ve been in the flat for four years now and now moving somewhere new.

The flat is so nice - loads of sunlight, big windows, high ceilings. The kitchen / living area is all open planned and again gets great sunlight. Bottom floor of an old police station so it’s a cool design / layout.

The room available is a double with all the furnishings supplied (chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table etc). Dyl / Kev have no preference for boy/girl; just be sound, have a job, and up for a laugh in the gaff!

The flat is all within walking distance (5-15 mins) of Stockwell, Clapham North, Nine Elms and Wandsworth Road tune stations, making it an easy commute to anywhere in London. Its also an ideal flat for cyclists, with a ground floor, secure bike store, dedicated to building residents.

There is a small Tesco’s and Sainsbury’s nearby with two big Sainsbury’s, an M&S and a Lidl a slightly further walk (10/15 minutes).

Bills are not included in the rent but typically come to around £120/£130 per month
